The Polk County Health Department is offering $100 per youth age 12-18 who is vaccinated between June 28-Sept. 3.

“Does your team or club need new uniforms or costumes,” the post asks. “What about balls, bats or rackets? Be a team player for your group AND community! Those 12 to 18 years old that get vaccinated through Sept. 3 will earn $100 for their group.”

The youth may be vaccinated anywhere, but it must be done between June 28 and Sept. 3.
