Conservative Congressman Andy Biggs is still working on legislation addressing the COVID “pandemic.”
Biggs has once again filed a number of bills regarding COVID.
H.R. 79 nullifies certain executive orders regarding COVID-19 vaccine mandates and prohibits the Secretary of Labor from issuing a rule mandating vaccination against COVID-19. Congressman Michael Cloud is a cosponsor.
H.R. 81 prohibits the imposition of mask mandates on public transportation. Congressman Andrew Clyde is the only cosponsor of the bill.
H.R. 87 amends the Public Health Service Act to prohibit the Secretary of Health and Human Services from placing any vaccine for COVID-19 on the child and adolescent immunization schedule unless the Secretary has posted on the public website of the CDC all clinical data in the possession of the Department of Health and Human Services relating to the safety and efficacy of such vaccine. There are no cosponsors.
H.R. 119 prohibits any entity that receives federal funds from COVID relief packages from mandating employees receive a COVID vaccine. This bill doesn’t have a single cosponsor.
H.R. 120 prohibits COVID-19 vaccination mandates. This bill doesn’t have any cosponsors.
H.R. 121 prohibits agencies from issuing vaccine passports. This bill doesn’t have any cosponsors.
