Women’s/Girls’ Sports – This bill preserves female sports by ensuring women’s and girls’ sports teams are based on biological sex as marked on the original birth certificate. Leaving female sports open to biological males does nothing to help those who struggle with sexual identity but instead provides the basis to threaten women’s and girls’ opportunities for athletic titles and scholarships. It is common knowledge that biological males, due to their physical makeup, are typically bigger, stronger and faster than biological females in physical activities such as sports. It is entirely unfair for girls to have to compete against biological boys in sports. Allowing biological males to compete in girls’ sports defeats the purpose for which girls’ sports was created, which was to create a level playing field for girls.

Missing Persons Photo ID – Law enforcement is allowed to share the driver’s license photo ID picture to be used in missing persons cases or in an Amber Alert.

Disability Parking and License Plates – Physical therapists and occupational therapists can sign off for a disabled individual to receive a special registration license plate for a person with a disability and for a disability parking permit.

No Contact Orders & Vehicles  – Requires a person against whom a no contact order is issued, must provide their vehicle description and information to the courts. This information is then provided to the victim.

Veterinarian Immunity from Liability – Protects veterinarians who in good faith report abuse of a companion animal by granting them immunity from liability; however, a veterinarian making a false report is guilty of a misdemeanor and is liable for damages
