Before Iowans knew the Congressman as “Runaway Randy,” there was, and always has been, “RINO Randy.”
Randy Feenstra has gone unchecked for far too long by promoting policies that will inevitably ruin the great state conservatives have worked so hard to build.
“RINOs like Feenstra allow illegal aliens to live off your tax dollars and refuse to check their status in Iowa,” the new ad states. (Read more here).
This new ad highlights one of the key differences between Adam and Randy: Adam isn’t a career politician, but a father, husband, and leader who vows to fight to Keep Iowa Free.
“A lot of people are at risk of being fooled by Rob Sand. If we’re not careful as a state, the conservative values that we have worked so hard for are at risk,” Steen said.
Randy Feenstra as the gubernatorial nominee in June leads to a Rob Sand administration in November. For starters, Randy has repeatedly proven his subtle alliance on certain policy issues with Rob Sand, i.e., school choice. Secondly, polls that pit Randy and Rob against each other show that Randy doesn’t stand a chance. Third, Randy has, it seems, gone out of his way to alienate the Republican Party due to his constant dismissal, refusal to debate, and lack of attention and care for the issues that Iowans care about most.
Adam is more than willing to debate these claims with Randy Feenstra if he cares to show up to the upcoming KCCI debate on May 19, but, as the pattern shows, the Steen campaign doubts Adam or Iowans will receive an answer as to why the Congressman refuses to attend.
Lastly, if Randy and President Trump are on such good terms and work so well together, then why has there been no endorsement? Vice President JD Vance recently visited Des Moines. You would think that, as someone as close to President Trump as Randy claims to be and who was in attendance in the state of Iowa, it would have been the perfect time for an endorsement, but no such luck. The Congressman stays true to his RINO nickname, but with a slightly different variation — a conservative who says nothing and does nothing. Watch the new ad here.
