In case you missed it, hardworking farmers across Iowa are about to receive welcomed relief thanks to President Trump.

Under the President’s upcoming plan, American farmers will receive a total of $16 billion in direct payments, and President Trump’s USDA will partner with regional distributors to purchase $3 billion in made-in-America goods from farmers across our Heartland.

This is great news for the Hawkeye State, where agriculture contributes over 418,000 jobs and $112 billion to Iowa’s economy.

Bottom Line: While Democrats continue to play partisan games at the expense of hardworking Americans, President Trump continues to look out for the American farmer.
