After thanking both the cadets and midshipmen who competed in the annual Army-Navy football game, as well as all Americans who answer the call to serve their country, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) – an Army veteran – today applauded the progress of the COVID-19 vaccine. She noted that front line workers in Iowa’s health care system are beginning to receive the vaccine and thanked everyone involved in its development and distribution.

Ernst continued to call on Congress to pass additional COVID relief before the end of the year, including resources for Iowa restaurants and small businesses.
