Iowa State Sen. Jesse Green is hosting a fundraiser on Thursday, April 21. Green has been one of the most vocal supporters of school choice and Education Savings Accounts in the Iowa Senate. He is hoping Iowans use this event as an opportunity to show support for the issue.

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds, who has also championed ESAs and school choice, will be speaking at the event.

“This is a great opportunity for school choice supporters to come together and encourage the Governor and the Iowa Senate for fighting hard on this issue,” Green said.

There is a host reception from 5:30-6:30 p.m. featuring Reynolds and Congressman Randy Feenstra. At 6:30 p.m. dinner will be served and speakers will present their messages.

Tickets cost $50. The host reception cost is $1,000. The event is being held at the Fareway Conference Center in Boone.

Individuals interested in attending can contact Sen. Green at 515-351-9761 or Madisyn Moorman at 515-290-9718.
