“So a business owner should be able to inquire if a person is HIV+ then as well. Right? Using Rep. Meyer’s logic. I mean its a communicable disease, a business should have the right to know if someone came into a business and was HIV+ . They could possibly infect others if certain circumstances took place. Business Owner has the right to say no, don’t come in here. Right? Maybe we need HIV passports too?”
