A national phone and online survey released on Tuesday by Rasmussen Reports shows 47 percent of likely U.S. voters believe media coverage of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial was unfair to Rittenhouse.

Twenty-eight percent said the coverage was not fair at all, while 36 percent said they believe coverage was fair.

Forty-seven percent of voters said the media coverage was prejudiced against Rittenhouse. Fifteen percent said it was prejudiced in his favor.

While 54 percent of Democrats thought the media coverage was fair, only 27 percent of Republicans and 25 percent of unaffiliated voters agree.
