The Tax Foundation released a new article on Wednesday detailing how high wine taxes are in each state. Iowa ranks fourth at $1.75 per gallon. Kentucky has the highest at $3.23 per gallon while Alaska’s $2.50 per gallon is second. Florida is at $2.25 per gallon, leaving the Hawkeye State fourth.
