Many of The Iowa Standard’s readers have asked what state legislators are standing up for President Donald J. Trump and election integrity. Today we will be highlighting one of them — State Sen. Jim Carlin.
Sen. Carlin has spoken out forcefully at multiple events and took to Facebook on Sunday to express his thoughts.
“Leadership in the Democrat Party wants to silence your free speech, take the life of a day old baby, take away your Second Amendment right to defend yourself, restrict your freedom of religion, control your media content, tax even more of the money you worked for, define your healthcare decisions while raising costs, enslave you to higher student loan interest, allow your businesses to be burned to the ground and attack your faith in Jesus Christ as bigoted.
“Do you really think they lost any sleep over undermining your vote by stealing an election with fraud? The Democrat Party is waging war against every freedom you have.”
