The United States was great because we were free. The United States was free because we honored God. Not simply believed in Him but HONORED Him and had true faith in His Word.

Most people still think we are a Christian nation but just look around, no we are not. Many of our churches even refuse to honor God. They don’t even call out sin in order to not risking offending their supporters. They uphold the “tyranny of the nice” rather than Godliness. I am not even talking about big button issues such as abortion. I am talking about the # 1 commandment of God.

“You shall have no other gods before me.

“You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.

You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.” Exodus 20 (emphasis mine)

Yahweh is serious. He gives us our each and every breath. He can banish us from Himself forever. He is the source of all light, all love, all mercy. Being apart from Him for eternity is Hell. Many think that they can do whatever they want because they said a little prayer or say that they are a Christian. They think that they can just keep on sinning or carrying on without seeking God’s face in everything. Not so. If you say you are a follower of Christ- then follow Him!

I John 5:18 “We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin; the One who was born of God keeps them safe, and the evil one cannot harm them.” (emphasis mine)

Hebrews 11:6 “…anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

We must seek Him more than we seek money, more than we seek pleasure, more than we seek a spouse, more than we seek an education. We must follow Him in everything we do, we must change our minds to have the mind of Christ. We do this by allowing His Word not just in our heads but to be written on our hearts. Don’t speak His name without honor and hearing His name spoken in dishonor should not be an easy thing to hear. We must know Truth, speak truth boldly and help each other to walk straight, to walk justly. When we do this by God the yoke is easy and the burden is light. When we do it by the rules of the world, the burden will kill us. Seek reward that comes from Him, not the rewards of the world. He tells us if we seek Him first the things the world seeks first will be added to us. (Matthew 6:33)

That is the only way to Make America Great Again. Trump can rid our world of the Global Cabal but like the waves upon the sand those voids of evil will be filled again. Only God can keep out the darkness but we must be diligent. We are in a war. The enemy comes in through the heart. It is guarding our hearts, our minds and most importantly, our mouths in Christ Jesus that is our only impenetrable defense.
