State Sen. Ken Rozenboom issued a statement regarding activists showing up at property he co-owns on Monday.
“Monday’s encounter with activists from Direct Action Everywhere put an exclamation point on the need for Iowa’s ag protection bill,” Rozenboom said. “Truth means nothing to people like this, as they demonstrated time and time again throughout the video. All Iowans should take note of their presence in our state; certainly livestock farmers are being targeted. But the agenda of far-left radicals extends far beyond what is shown in this video. This should be a reminder that every vote counts in next year’s elections! Please use this to build your resolve to elect people, at all levels, who respect our values, our rights, and our Constitution.”
