As the military faces a major recruiting crisis across all services, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), a combat veteran and member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, today joined her Senate colleagues in discussing their successful effort to end Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for servicemembers. Ernst called on the Biden administration to refocus its national security priorities on ensuring the U.S. military remains the most lethal fighting force on the face of the planet.

Earlier this month, Ernst joined her Senate Republican colleagues in an effort to limit servicemember separations based on COVID-19 vaccination status.

  1. So… what about all those military personnel that were fired for not complying. If they are not given their jobs back and if religious exemptions are not honored specifically, our military is still NOT FREE.
