Another Black Lives Matter “protest” spilled into a riot that required law enforcement to make an arrest at the Iowa State Capitol. The event began with various speakers outside the building.
Shortly after they entered the Capitol, one of the rioters allegedly asked for the badge numbers and names of Iowa State Patrol officers.
In the video below, you can see what transpires. The individual, who is reportedly 18 years old, can be seen making contact with the officer. He immediately handcuffs her. The lady recording tries to interfere with the arrest and then chaos breaks out.
