Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton joined Newsmax to discuss the revelations uncovered in documents obtained by Judicial Watch involving the shooting of Ashli Babbit.

Fitton noted how odd it was that the medical examiner applied for the cremation of Babbit two days after receiving her body. Fitton said it could be that the cremation was requested by Babbit’s family, but he doesn’t know for sure.

“This was an active investigation,” Fitton said. “applying for the cremation doesn’t necessarily mean the cremation took place. But why this is a mystery to me is a mystery to me. This is a major issue. What happened on Jan. 6 we’re told is the most important event in the history of man and this woman was killed at the Capitola nd it’s only now we’re first getting documents about the investigation into her death. We still don’t know who shot her.”

Fitton described how unusual the delays have been in Babbit’s death.
