A VIP driver for the World Economic Forum reportedly told a Japanese journalist that he wasn’t able to drive an electric car for VIP due to safety concerns.

The driver, who did not want to be identified, said electric cars sometimes have “like accident or if there is no electricity…” it causes issues.

“It’s very dangerous because…if you have some problem over [that ran] out. That’s ab ig problem with the Tesla,” he reportedly said. “But now almost all they are from Tesla here, for Uber actually.”
