House File 2058, introduced by Rep. Sandy Salmon, provides it shall not be an unfair or discriminatory practice for an owner, lessee, sublessee, proprietor, manager or superintendent of any public accommodation or any agent or employee thereof to prohibit the exposure of the genitals or buttocks or female breast of any person employed by or who patronizes the public accommodation.
An owner, manager or person who exercises direct control of a public accommodation as defined in Code Section 216.2 shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor if such person allows or permits any person to remain in or upon the place of business who exposes to public view the person’s genitals, pubic hair, female breast nipple or anus.
A serious misdemeanor is punishable by confinement for no more than one year and a fine of at least $430, but not more than $2,560.
