House Joint Resolution 2002 was filed by Representative Steven Bradley. The resolution constitutes a petition requesting the U.S. Congress to call a Constitutional Convention for the exclusive purpose of proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the U.S. proposing term limits for members of the Senate and House of Representatives.

‘The resolution states it shall serve as a continuing application to call a Constitutional Convention until at least two-thirds of legislatures of the several states have made application for a similar convention and the convention is convened by Congress.
