House File 191 has a subcommittee meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 11 at noon. The bill prohibits the intentional emission of air contaminants into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather or the intensity of sunlight.

Iowa Atheists and Freethinkers are registered against the bill. The Iowa Chapter of the Sierra Club and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources are both registered as undecided on the bill.

  1. Thanks to all of you for even bringing this subject of this Bill up most people haven’t a CLUE this spraying is even happening! When striking conversations with people about Geoenginerring they just look at you like your Crazy and I have to tell them to do just a LITTLE RESEARCH and go to HARVARD UNIVERSITY WEBSITE under Geoenginerring-it’s there! RESEARCH!
