The FreeSoil Foundation is hosting an informational event on Wednesday, Aug. 7 to inform citizens about the dangers of hazardous carbon capture pipelines. The event is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. and will be held at the Best Western Starlite Village at 1518 3rd Ave. NW in Fort Dodge.

In addition, the John Birch Society will be in attendance as the organization is producing a documentary exposing carbon capture pipelines.
