Abby Finkenauer turned to Congressman Adam Schiff for some campaign help. Schiff, one of the creepiest members of Congress, wrote that he believes we need Finkenauer in the U.S. Senate.
“Over the past few years, we’ve learned that our democracy is fragile,” he wrote. “In the aftermath of Donald Trump and his Big Lie, it’s more important now than ever to protect it. We need champions for our democracy in the Senate — and with Abby Finkenauer, Iowans would gain a true public servant in the U.S. Senate.”
Notice how Democrats almost always mistakenly refer to the U.S. as a democracy so they can conveniently forget we’re a constitutional republic. If they ignore the fact we’re a constitutional republic, they can ignore our constitution.
Schiff said he saw firsthand how hard Finkenauer fought for Iowa in her two years in Congress.
“When I served with Abby in the House, I knew from the very start she was there for the right reasons: To do the hard work,” Schiff wrote. “The critical work. The kind of work that makes a difference.”
