Grand View professor Thomas Lecaque tried to be a sensible person during his remarks at the Ankeny School Board meeting. His condescension wasn’t as bad as some others who advocated for forcing little kids to wear masks all day regardless of the children’s or parents’ wishes.

But his personality really isn’t that of a genuinely nice person. He seemingly hates anyone who doesn’t agree with him on the masking issue.

“I am still angry at the vile bullshit spouted off by the anti-vaxxer parents at the school board meeting last night,” he wrote. “And I’m angry in anticipation of whatever stunts and protests they do tomorrow and the garbage of kids refusing to wear masks because their parents told them not to.”

He continued…

“I don’t just think they are bad citizens and neighbors, I think they are terrible people. I assume they think the same about me. In my case, I want to keep them and their children safe and healthy in spite of their shitty worldview and rhetoric.”
