The New York Post reported late last week about a 24-year-old Honduran immigrant who has been charged with murder. The suspect, identified as Yery Noel Medina Ulloa, was caught covered in blood on Oct. 7 in Jacksonville where he allegedly stabbed a 46-year-old father of four to death.

Nearly a week after taking Ulloa into custody, law enforcement realized his actual identity. Ulloa told authorities he was 17 years old, but it turned out he turned 24 recently.

The Post reported Ulloa tricked border authorities in Texas months earlier, claiming he was Reynel Alexander Hernandez — a 17-year-old. Due to President Joe Biden’s border policy on unaccompanied minors, Ulloa was placed in a shelter and not sent back home.

How Ulloa made it from Texas to Flordia, nobody knows — or at least nobody is saying. The Post, however, notes the possibility he was transported by Biden’s secret flights to resettle underage immigrants. Routes included trips from Texas to Jacksonville.

Francisco Javier Cuellar, the 46-year-old father who was murdered, told his daughter he was going to the airport one day and then Ulloa “came out of nowhere.” Cuellar’s daughter believes Ulloa was on one of the Biden administration’s flights.

According to reports, Ulloa pled not guilty to second-degree murder and tampering with evidence charges. Prosecutors will present later this month to a grand jury as they attempt to upgrade the charge to first-degree murder.

The sheriff’s office said the home has interior surveillance video and the incident was caught on camera.
