Steve Scheffler, president of Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition, asked the crowd Saturday at the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s Spring Kick-Off if they wanted to see anyone from the far Left win the presidency.
Of course the response was no.
“Well then ladies and gentlemen, we have to do our job here in Iowa,” he said. “Iowa has six electoral votes, but it is absolutely essential that Donald Trump carries our state and we don’t have one of these far-left socialists destroy our country.”
Scheffler added it is important Iowa elected four good, conservative congressmen, Sen. Joni Ernst and retain control of the Iowa House and Iowa Senate.
“If you give control to the radical Left at either the federal or the state level, it will be an absolute disaster and then some,” he cautioned. “The Left never stops. They are intent on destroying our country.”
