If you couldn’t believe the hypocrisy of Democrats on Tara Reade, get ready for the latest Democrat standard for believing survivors in the Joe Biden era.

While Iowa Democrats like Cindy Axne and Abby Finkenauer had no issue ambushing Brett Kavanaugh in 2018, it’s become clear that the only detail that really matters to them is party affiliation. That’s how Democrats arrived at their new standard on sexual assault allegations: we still believe most survivors, just not in Joe Biden’s case.

Despite mounting evidence backing up Tara Reade’s allegations, Democrats like Whitmer are content with ignoring Joe Biden’s sexual assault allegations, even though Whitmer admitted “the vast majority” of women who come forward are telling the truth.

Bottom Line: Whitmer herself said “sexual harassment is not a partisan issue,” yet now that Joe Biden is himself facing a credible allegation, Democrats have a new standard that “not every claim is equal.” For Democrats like Cindy Axne and Abby Finkenauer believing women only matters when it’s politically convenient.
