While 57 percent of likely voters believe Joe Biden won the 2020 election fairly, a majority of Republicans still believe he did not.

A new Rasmussen Reports phone and online survey released on Friday shows 61 percent of Republicans believe Biden did not win fairly.

Thirty-four percent of voters overall do not believe Biden won fairly, with 36 percent of unaffiliated voters of either major party saying Biden did not win fairly.

A whopping 54 percent of likely voters say that public figures should not — NOT — be punished for saying the 2020 election was stolen. Just 35 percent say they should be punished.

In early January, 55 percent of voters believe Biden won fairly.

Seventy percent of Republican voters maintain the use of mail-in voting resulted in election fraud. Only 11 percent of Democrats believe the same.

Biden voters do want public figures punished for saying the election was stolen. In total, 68 percent of Biden voters said they should be punished.
