Congressman Randy Feenstra was one of the House Republicans who voted in support of sending $40 billion to Ukraine. That was in May.
The June version of Feenstra is now calling for legislation to stop wasteful, inflationary spending.
Feenstra helped introduced the Inflation Prevention Act in January with Congressman Mike Garcia. The legislation would prevent legislation estimated to increase inflation from becoming law until year-over-year inflation drops below 4.5 percent.
However, Feenstra voted one month ago to send $40 billion to Ukraine.
In his press release, Feenstra refers to himself as a “fiscal conservative” who has “consistently opposed” Biden and Pelosi’s “wasteful spending agenda.”
Feenstra, however, voted one month ago to send $40 billion to Ukraine.
In fact, Feenstra’s Liberty Score from Conservative Review is just 78 percent. That isn’t very good considering he represents one of the most conservative districts in America.
And, as far as his record on spending bills, Feenstra voted in support of that $40 billion Ukraine package on May 11. He voted in support of a $1.5 trillion omnibus funding Bidne’s vaccine mandates on March 10. He voted to bail out the post office and stick Medicare with the bill on Feb. 8.
