A new Rasmussen Reports national phone and online survey shows 57 percent of likely voters believe Congress should investigate how the CDC dealt with issues related to COVID-19 vaccine safety.
The CDC announced last week it was investigating a possible risk of stroke in senior citizens from the COVID shot from Pfizer. It was previously reported a possible risk of heart inflammation among young men was related to the jab as well.
Forty-nine percent of voters believe it is likely the CDC has provided the public with complete information about the danger of side effects from the shots. But 41 percent said they do not think it is likely the CDC has provided complete information about the risks. Ten percent said they were not sure.
Sixty-six percent of Democrats believe it is at least somewhat likely the CDC has provided complete information about the side effects of the shots. Just 35 percent of Republicans and 45 percent of unaffiliated voters agree.
In fact, 34 percent of Republicans and 25 percent of unaffiliated voters said they do not think it is at all likely the CDC has provided complete information.
Seventy percent of Republicans, 54 percent of unaffiliated voters and 48 percent of Democrats believe Congress should investigate how the CDC dealt with issues of COVID shot safety issues.
Absolutely prefer an investigation but not form an agency within the Federal Government! It is most obvious that no governmental agency can be unbiased when investigating another agency within the Government. So how can the CDC investigate its own practices but point fingers somewhere else!!! Any person thinks they will do that objectively is % mistaken!!!
