On Thursday, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) released the following statement after a judge reduced the bond of illegal immigrant Endrina Bracho, who killed Missouri’s 12-year-old Travis Wolfe in a head-on collision.

“Illegal alien Endrina Bracho killed 12-year-old Travis Wolfe while driving w/o a license, in the wrong lane, 35 miles per hour over the limit. Now a judge has reduced her bond. This is wrong. She belongs in jail, not on Missouri streets,” Senator Hawley wrote.

Two weeks ago, Senator Hawley demanded Bracho’s cash bond not be reduced in response to news of a possible bond reduction hearing in her case.
