Only 28 percent expect crime to decrease.
Twenty-one percent believe it will stay the same while 10 percent are not sure.
Nearly 70 percent (69 percent) of Republicans expect crime to rise nationally during Biden’s tenure. Forty-seven percent of Democrats believe it will decline.
Sixty-one percent of Americans oppose reducing the law enforcement budget in the community where they live to put more money into social services.
That is a two-point increase since June.
