A number of Democrat lawmakers were arrested on Tuesday at a pro-abortion rally near the Capitol. Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez were among those who had to be dealt with by law enforcement.
Capitol Police tweeted it began arresting activists who were blocking a street at 1:20 p.m. In all, 17 lawmakers were arrested. There were 35 people arrested overall for crowding, obstructing or incommoding.
As you can see, AOC pretends to be handcuffed. She then holds up one fist before bringing her arm back behind her back.

“AOC just faked being handcuffed to sell her lie,” said Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. “Democrats are failing so badly, they are now resorting to flat out lying to their voters to try to get them to vote. It’s pathetic!”
Greene said the problem with the Democrats are they’re “nothing but a bunch of liars.”
“Their president has dementia, their vice president can’t even make a coherent sentence and then they’re ruining everyone’s lives,” she said.
If Democrats can keep their voters angry, Greene said they believe their voters will forget about inflation, increased gas prices and the horrible border situation.
