Axios reports vulnerable House Democrats are convinced they need to talk less about Donald Trump.

“People don’t want to hear about Donald Trump,” Rep. Susan Wild (D-Pa.), told Axios.

But a few weeks ago DCCC Chair Sean Patrick Maloney told the New York Times attacking Donald Trump was going to help Democrats keep their majority.

NRCC Comment: “It’s clear vulnerable Democrats are losing faith in the DCCC’s ineffective strategy. After an incredible string of incompetent blunders, it is surprising Democrats aren’t publicly calling for Sean Patrick Maloney to step down as DCCC Chair.” – NRCC Spokesman Mike Berg
