Conservative State Sen. Sandy Salmon announced her endorsement of Vivek Ramaswamy for President of the United States on Wednesday evening. Salmon said she encourages everyone to caucus for Ramaswamy on Monday night.

“I like that he speaks the truth about everything from the economy, energy, the border, pro-life, gender identity, the carbon pipeline, the 2020 Election, Jan. 6 and medical freedom,” Salmon said.

Salmon’s endorsement follows endorsements by State Rep. Jeff Shipley and Steve Holt already this week. Holt had previously endorsed Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Ramaswamy is the only major candidate who has come out in opposition to eminent domain for the carbon capture pipelines. He has also said removing liability protections for vaccine manufacturers would be a top legislative priority.
