A new Rasmussen Reports phone and online survey shows 48 percent of likely U.S. voters agree allowing transgender individuals to serve in the military does not have any meaningful negative impact on the Armed Forces.

The statement, Rasmussen said, is a direct quote from an executive order signed by Joe Biden on Jan. 25.

Sixty-seven percent of Democrats approve of the statement while 25 percent disagree.

Sixty percent of Republicans disagree and just 32 percent agree.

Unaffiliated voters are much closer, with 43 percent agreeing it doesn’t have any meaningful negative impact while 39 percent disagree.

Biden’s biggest supporters are also the most supportive for allowing transgender troops in the military. Eighty-three percent of voters who strongly approve of Biden’s job so far agree that there is no meaningful negative impact by allowing transgender individuals in the military.
