Congresswoman Hinson attended Dubuque’s National Night Out event at Comiskey Park to show her support for local law enforcement. Communities across the country host “National Night Out” to foster relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve.

“I am so grateful for Iowa’s law enforcement officers, and it was great to be with so many members of law enforcement and the Dubuque community at Dubuque’s National Night Out. With crime on the rise across the country, as well as an increase in radical anti-police rhetoric, it is all the more important to show community support for law enforcement and promote positive relationships that will make our neighborhoods safer. Our law enforcement officers risk it all to protect us, and I will always stand with them in their work to provide security for Iowa families.”  -Congresswoman Ashley Hinson
