Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) helped reintroduce the Parents Bill of Rights Act. This legislation reaffirms parents’ rights to be informed, empowered, and involved in all aspects of their childrens’ education.

“Kids belong to parents, not school boards or the government. With the disturbing nationwide trend of parents being boxed out of their kids’ education, including in Linn-Mar schools, it is all the more important that we advance the Parents Bill of Rights. Parents should never be sidelined.” – Congresswoman Ashley Hinson
