Rep. Ashley Hinson (R-IA-02) joined the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO-06), Water Resources and Environment Subcommittee Chairman David Rouzer (R-NC-07), and 151 Members of Congress to introduce a joint resolution of disapproval for the Biden Administration’s Water of the United States (WOTUS) rule.

“Under the Biden Administration’s WOTUS rule, 97% of Iowa land would be subject to federal regulation – this would devastate Iowa farmers and homeowners. I will continue doing everything in my power to push back against this heavy-handed federal overreach and prevent bureaucrats from trying to control our backyards and farms.” – Congresswoman Ashley Hinson
