On Thursday, Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) released the below statement following the passage of the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act. This legislation closes a glaring loophole so that any predator or criminal immigrant residing in our country has no safe haven in the United States.
“Illegal immigrants with criminal backgrounds – especially those who have committed sexual assault – should be immediately deported. I cosponsored the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act to make it clear that any violent illegal alien Biden let into our country should be at the top of the deportation list. This is just commonsense.
