Rasmussen says a “surprisingly high” number of voters share the same sentiment that was held by many anti-Trumpers the past four years.

According to a Rasmussen Reports national phone and online survey, just 56 percent of likely U.S. voters feel that Joe Biden is their president.

Thirty-four percent of voters said he is not their president while 10 percent were not sure.

While the overwhelming majority of Democrats (84 percent) consider Biden as their president, only 28 percent of Republicans do. And just 51 percent of voters who are not affiliated with the Democrat Party or the GOP said they do.

One interesting note is that men see Biden as their president more than women do. Women are more likely to be undecided.
