Many Iowans are perplexed by a paradigm shift in cultural values that has swept through our state during the past decade and a half. What was unacceptable in the past century and previous generations ago is now shamefully accepted today. How did we go from protecting childhood innocence to increased cases of substance abuse, alcoholism, depression and mental illness, attempted suicide, teen pregnancy and diseases to an increased high school dropout rate among minors? Where did all the frustration with life and violence we see in young people come from? Who or what is responsible? While history has always had instances of social problems involving children, there is a remarkable time, person and methodology in which we should consider. If we can see what is broken and identify why, then we may be able to stop it and fix it.

Barack Hussein Obama was virtually unknown prior to the 2004 Democratic National Convention. He’s a Harvard law school graduate who worked as an attorney specializing in civil rights litigation altering state constitutions and civil rights codes to accommodate gender identity and sexual orientation as protected civil rights. He entered politics in a district on the south side of Chicago when he ran for an Illinois senate seat and held it until winning a U.S. Senate seat in 2004. Why is this important? Because Obama has nothing but mystery surrounding him. Donald Trump spent millions to reveal the true identity of Barack Obama born as Barry Soetoro. Who is he? Obama was the first gay president after marrying Michael (Michelle) Robinson in 1992 and lit up the White House with rainbow-colored lights after SCOTUS ruling in favor of same-sex marriage in Obergefell v. Hodges on June 26, 2015. This was the hallmark signature of Obama’s past decade as a community organizer and work as a political litigator. He attended a church where Rev. Jeremiah Wright spewed hate against America. Hussein faked his Christianity but used the presidency to implement many tenets of Islamic sharia law in American politics such as Obamacare – which was nothing more than a tax or jizya on non-Muslims (dhimmis). Remember him saying he’s been to all 57 states? Oops! That was a Freudian slip for all 57 Islamic states! The evidence against this charlatan is overwhelming!

Obama to LGBTQ is like Moses to Israel. The plan to subtly modify Iowa civil rights began with a proposed amendment to the Iowa Constitution concerning the qualification of electors. House Joint Resolution 5 was introduced to an equally split House and Senate during the 81st General Assembly in 2005 when Tom Vilsack was governor but made its first passage in the amendment process in 2006. Even though the power was equally split between Democrats and Republicans, it was enough for Democrats to push Obama’s plan through with little resistance from establishment Republicans. HJR5 unanimously passed in both the House and Senate, and basically began repealing Section 5 of Article II, changing it from its original: Disqualified persons. Sec. 5.  [No idiot, or insane person,] or person convicted of any infamous crime, shall be entitled to the privileges of an elector.

And replacing it with: Disqualified persons. Sec. 5.  [A person adjudged mentally incompetent to vote or a] person convicted of any infamous crime, shall be entitled to the privileges of an elector.

Can you see the bracketed parts? A minor word change in this amendment was the embryonic stage of fundamentally transforming America spouted by Obama running for president in 2008. The longstanding original version for 151 years had to be changed because before 2005 anyone who wanted to have gender surgery to match their mind would be considered an insane idiot prohibited from voting! Someone who did not know what bathroom to use was regarded as a pervert or idiot! This is all that had to be changed under the deceptive hand of the civil rights litigator from Chicago so that an insane idiot class could vote in droves. Now, individual persons must each be adjudged incompetent by an activist judge that Obama would later stack the courts with, but transgenderism would no longer be considered incompetent but normal by an activist judge. Now there are many insane idiots freely voting to tip the balance protecting moral decency to elect people and make more laws and regulations in their favor. Once considered insane people they are now serving on school and library boards. Is all this just a mere coincidence? Nothing just happens without deliberate planning to achieve a purpose. The inmates are running the asylum and if someone objects, that’s now regarded as discrimination against Obama’s protected LGBTQ class and can be sued. The Democrat Party and courts belong to Obama and empathetic RINOs work as trustees to shield them.

With the 82nd General Assembly came Chester Culver swearing in as governor on January 12, 2007, and a second passage amending the Iowa Constitution with now HJR3. This General Assembly having a Democrat majority in both chambers would confidently put the amendment over the top and on the ballot for a hoodwinked citizenry to favorably approve in the general election 2008. Political hucksters tossed the dice knowing Iowans would pass the amendment not fully understanding its hidden objective. The majority Democrat Party assisted by establishment RINOs immediately seized the opportunity to exploit the situation and draft Senate File 427 to add gender identity and sexual orientation as civil rights. This legislation would prove to be far worse than imagined. When the Iowa Civil Rights Code was altered in 2007, it opened a Pandora’s box of gargantuan proportions allowing the sexualization of children by law. It would protect reprobate behavior under the guise of gay rights to the detriment of Iowa youth. Now we have drag queens doing Storytime at libraries with children to library boards stocking shelves with porn to transgender females going topless at public swimming pools to educators posing as teachers promoting transgenderism using CRT, CASEL and DEI curricula. There just seems to be no bottom to the depravity unleashed by the Obama-Vilsack-Culver trinity to fundamentally change Iowa morals. The only sane thing to do is call a spade a spade and a mistake a mistake and reverse engineer this insanity back to normal. But LGBTQ lobbyists and political operatives still banter around the term unintended consequences to take no responsibility. To them, the collateral damage are acceptable loss to maintaining imaginary gay rights.

The sixty-four million dollar question now is does this second session of the 90th General Assembly have the spiritual courage and intestinal fortitude to confront this evil agenda and remove gender identity and sexual orientation from the I.C.R.C? They are abstract thoughts that a mind can change, not immutable characteristics. Insidious abstract thoughts must not be permitted to become fixed transient law that conflicts with the moral standards of raising children. Now we come full circle to why the Obamanites had to start with amending the Iowa Constitution from insane persons or idiots to persons adjudged mentally incompetent. They had to legally open the door to every demon from Hell to destroy the minds of innocent children and legally protect evil. The seeds of infant children sown in 2007 are now teenagers today with manifest social problems as a result of this evil unleashed upon them. They didn’t even get a vote. The system failed to protect the innocent. The voting-age adults alive during the Obama-Vilsack-Culver era failed the children. Should we who are alive and remain today have the courage to stand and oppose this evil and risk fixing the damage?

We have a chance, an opportunity. It may be impossible to reverse the weakened amendment to our Constitution, but we can try. We can start the process. However, we do have Rep. Dean Fisher’s active House File 190 already assigned to the House Judiciary Committee during the first session. This is our toehold. All we need now is courageous representatives and senators to boldly advance HF190; Rep. Steven Holt to assign it to subcommittee, pass it out of subcommittee and full committee and the full House, have the Senate repeat and rinse, and then send it to Gov. Kim Reynolds for her signature.

Who can argue that the plague of gender identity foisted on Iowa children is acceptable? It’s not an Iowa value. It’s not even human. Only insane persons and idiots will object. I’m sure a mere suggestion will bring the prophets of doom out like cockroaches to the Capitol Rotunda with their little signs and placards screaming how people will die. Their people. Innocent children are already being destroyed. My concern is only for protecting the minds and emotions of innocent minor children, not those that have syphilis of the brain and have already crossed the Rubicon. Let’s wreck the insane train of transgenderism and no longer allow it to mass produce its illness and spare infecting future children. Let 2024 be the year of political courage to reverse engineer and fix our Iowa Civil Rights Code. Future children are counting on it. Call or write your representative and senator today!
