A majority of Democrats still support school policies that would require masks and vaccines to fight COVID-19, according to a recent national phone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports.

Forty-three percent of American adults believe schools should require children to get vaccinated against COVID. Forty-five percent oppose mandatory COVID vaccinations for school kids.

That’s actually an eight-point drop after 53 percent of Americans opposed mandatory COVID vaccination for public school children.

But now, 65 percent of Democrats believe schools should require the jab for children. Sixty-three percent of Republicans are opposed to that idea.

Forty-nine percent of unaffiliated voters also oppose mandatory COVID jabs for school kids. Thirty-seven percent support them.

Fifty-three percent of Democrats support mandatory masks in schools.
