Congresswoman Cindy Axne is receiving criticism for being the most current Democrat politician to push masks for most, but not wear one herself in a small room with a group of University of Iowa representatives.

Axne pushed people to “listen to science” when it comes to masks for public transportation just one week ago.

“According to The ScienceTM, a group of Iowa college students must be masked around a mask-free Axne, but no masking is needed for anyone at a crowded White House bill signing event the same day,” said a release from the RNC.

The RNC continued:

“Looks like a lot of fun! You’d think that with all the money that Nancy Pelosi and other D.C. Democrat patrons are showering into her race, Axne would be a little more judicious about sharing highlights of her D.C. socialite life on Twitter. Luckily, she’s not alone – Axne joins a chorus of other masking-hypocrite Democrats like Stacey Abrams, Kamala Harris, and The Big Guy himself.

At least Iowans can count on being able to interact with their Republican elected officials without having to mask up first. Just ask those same group of college kids who got to meet, maskless, with Mariannette Miller-Meeks that same day.

Bottom Line: Masked or not, Iowans aren’t going to forget Cindy Axne’s snowballing hypocrisy come November.”
