Fox News and The New York Times are reporting that President Joe Biden’s attorneys have confirmed a third batch of classified documents has been found at his him in Wilmington, Delaware. This follows the original batch of classified documents that was found on Nov. 2 but not reported until this week. A second batch was found this week.

Richard Sauber, special counsel to Biden, said when the President’s personal attorneys originally found the first classified document at his Delaware home they stopped searching because of a lack of security clearance. Sauber has appropriate clearance levels and went to Delaware to reassess the situation.

The DOJ “immediately took possession” of the documents, according to Sauber.

The White House has struggled to provide answers on the situation as even CBS has put heat on the administration.

Biden defended the situation by saying the documents were in a “locked garage,” like his Corvette.

Biden was extremely critical of President Donald J. Trump after classified documents were the reason for his Mar-a-Lago home being raided last year.

“How that could possibly happen?” Biden said. “How anyone could be that irresponsible? And I thought, ‘What data was in there that may compromise sources and methods?’”
