VALOR Iowa is the state’s newest conservative advocacy group. It officially launched today.

The group is focused on championing issues such as:

Life
Education
Marriage & Family
Individual, State & National Sovereignty
Religious Liberty
Constitution
Foreign Policy

Tamara Scott was announced as the CEO and President. Paul Dykstra is the chairman. Acacia Scott is Executive Director and Kathryn Kueter is the Public Policy Director.

VALOR is a “multi-generational organization here to educate, equip, encourage and energize Iowans on our rights and liberties.”

Over the last year, the group said it has heard from a number of Iowans across the state expressing a need for such a group.

“We are here to answer the call and hope you will join us in our efforts as we stand for our U.S. Constitution, our families and our communities,” the group said. “We seek to empower the generations of today in order to preserve the generations of tomorrow.”
