Rasmussen Reports released a new national phone and online survey that asked voters if they would vote to re-elect President Joe Biden or support President Donald J. Trump in 2024.
Only 40 percent of likely voters said they would select Biden. Forty-six percent said they would vote for Trump. Ten percent of voters said they’d choose another candidate.
The results are unchanged since January.
Of those surveyed, 53 percent said they have an unfavorable view of Biden, with 43 percent saying they have a “very unfavorable” view of the President.
Forty-one percent have a favorable view, with 22 percent having a very favorable impression of him.
Forty-nine percent of voters view Trump favorably, with 29 percent having a very favorable view. Forty-seven percent view Trump unfavorably, with 38 percent viewing him very unfavorably.
Trump would get 77 percent of Republicans, 20 percent of Democrats and 42 percent of unaffiliated voters. Biden would get 70 percent of Democrats, 15 percent Republicans and 34 percent of unaffiliated voters.
