One year after the Dobbs decision, new polling from Rasmussen Reports reveals that most Americans agree with reversing Roe v. Wade – a ruling issued by seven men in the 1970’s that stripped the people of the right to protect life through their elected officials.
Rasmussen Reports found that:
- 52% of likely U.S. voters approve of the court overturning Roe v. Wade, including 37% who strongly approve.
- 44% disapprove of the court overturning Roe v. Wade, including 36% who strongly disapprove of the decision.
- Last June, Rasmussen found that 50% approved of the Supreme Court’s decision.
The poll of 1,051 likely voters nationwide was conducted by Rasmussen Reports. It has a ±3% margin of error.
