Rasmussen Reports released a new national phone and online survey on Thursday that shows just 36 percent of likely U.S. voters believe Joe Biden’s first 100 days have been a success.

Forty-four percent said Biden’s first 100 days have been a failure while 18 percent said it’s been somewhere in between.

Just 26 percent of voters believe Biden has been better than expected. Thirty-nine percent said he’s been worse.

In addition, 48 percent of voters said they believe Biden won fairly, but 39 percent disagree and 13 percent said they’re not sure.
