White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki defended the action of Leftists at Thursday’s White House Press Briefing when pressed by Fox News reporter Peter Doocy.

Doocy asked if the White House believed progressive activists planning protests outside the homes of some of the justices homes are extreme.

“Peaceful protest,” Psaki asked. “No. Peaceful protest is not extreme.”

Doocy pointed out some of the justices have young children and neighbors who are not public figures. He asked if the President would consider waving off these activists who want to enter residential neighborhoods in Virginia and Maryland.

“I think our view here is that peaceful protest — there’s a long history in the United States and the country of that,” Psaki said. “And we certainly encourage people to keep it peaceful and not resort to any level of violence.”

Activists posted a map with the home addresses of the Supreme Court justices, according to Doocy. He asked if that is the kind of thing President Biden wants to help the White House’s side make their point.

“I think the President’s view is that there’s a lot of passion, a lot of fear, a lot of sadness from many, many people across this country about what they saw in that leaked document,” Psaki said. “We obviously want people’s privacy to be respected. We want people to protest peacefully if they want to — to protest. That is certainly what the President’s view would be.”
