U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today spoke with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum about the need for Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint a special counsel to investigate the mishandling of classified documents by President Joe Biden when he served as Vice President.

Following Senator Graham’s interview, it was announced that Biden aides found a second batch of classified documents at a different location.

• GRAHAM: “I think if you believe a special counsel is necessary to assure the public about the handling of classified documents by [former President] Donald Trump, you should apply a special counsel to the mishandling of classified documents by President Biden when he was Vice President.” https://youtu.be/v5wJ3DxjCKg?t=94 
• GRAHAM: “If there is not a special counsel appointed to find out how this happened with President Biden regarding classified information… it will hurt the country.
